Most projects are completed within 24–48 hours of us receiving your footage and brief. Social media clips and real estate walkthrough edits are typically the fastest. More complex projects such as full wedding films, multi-camera events, or corporate series with motion graphics may take 3–5 business days. We always confirm your delivery timeline upfront, and rush delivery is available if you need it sooner.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions at no extra charge. Revisions cover changes like trimming, pacing adjustments, music swaps, caption corrections, colour tweaks, or reordering clips. If you need a more substantial structural re-edit or a significant change in scope, we'll let you know the cost upfront — no surprises.
We accept all common formats: MP4, MOV, MXF, AVCHD, and RAW footage from DJI drones, Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, and most other cameras. We deliver your finished video as an H.264 or H.265 MP4 optimised for your platform — whether that's a real estate portal, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube. ProRes or other formats are available on request.
Pricing is project-based and always quoted upfront. Once you submit your enquiry and share your footage details, we'll send a clear, itemised quote — no hourly rates that balloon, no hidden fees. We have packages suited to every budget, from one-off social media clips to ongoing monthly content retainers. We'll never start work until you've approved the quote.
After you book, we'll send you a secure upload link. You can upload directly from your phone or computer, or share a link from Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. For large productions such as multi-day weddings or corporate shoots with large RAW files, we can arrange alternative transfer methods including hard drive delivery by mail.
